“Alex provided an incredible service from start to finish. She created the most amazing wedding cake which was exactly what I wanted and exactly as I described. It also tasted incredible and she made 3 different tiers 3 different (amazing) flavours. As well as the wedding cake, Alex created a dessert table for us to go with our evening food and the range of desserts and presentation was amazing! All our guests could not stop talking about the dessert table and my personal favourites were the white chocolate rocky roads! She also saved the day with fixing our seating chart to her copper frame with flowers too! Alex could not do enough to make sure it was the most perfect cake and dessert table, even at a wedding in 33 degree heat!! Thank you so much for adding to our dream day!”

“I cannot recommend Baked by Alexandra enough! We had booked Alexandra after meeting with a few wedding cake suppliers. From the offset Alex was authentic and you could see she generally cared and was interested in us! We had to move our wedding due to covid (a few times!) and each time Alex would bend over backwards to still help and support us. I also changed my mind a bit throughout, which Alex didn’t mind, and guided me through with her expertise and experience. Our wedding cake was beautiful and everyone commented on how lovely it was. Alex also did some bespoke wedding biscuits as favours for us, which again were beautiful! Since our wedding cake, we’ve used Alex for a few birthday cakes too. Ales is so lovely, approachable and caring. You can see Alex really cares about what she does and her attention to detail is second to none, plus the cakes are lovely!”

I recently ordered a cake for a celebration and right from the beginning Alex was very thorough and hugely helpful with the design. Alex's communication was second to none and always responded professionally and promptly. But Alex went one step further and went above and beyond. Due to my circumstances, it went from a baby shower to a celebration and the date changed three times and Alex was so supportive of this and accommodated me. It was no trouble for Alex. This hasn't gone unnoticed to me and my family and I cannot thank Alex enough for being so accommodating.

The design and the colours of the cake was exactly how I imagine it to be. The quality of the cake was first class and it tasted as good as it looked, so fresh!
