All booking fees are non-refundable and required to secure your booking, orders are only confirmed upon receipt of this. Please note that all booking fees are non-refundable, exempt from a cooling-off period due to the nature of our service and are only transferrable in certain circumstances detailed in Section 16 of our T’s & C’s.
