Our celebration diary opens 3 months in advance. For Weddings we are currently taking bookings through 2026. We always recommend to book in advance to avoid disappointment, although smaller treats such as cupcakes, brownies etc can be prepared with only 3 days notice we cannot guarantee the same for larger cakes. Weekend bookings always fill up around 4-6 weeks in advance.

Unfortunately we do not. All our items are bespoke and tailored to the needs of each client. Our celebration cakes start from £75 for a 6” cake and vary depending on the level of decor required. Our Wedding cakes have a minimum spend of £300 plus delivery in place. This is due to the increased time and costs associated with the process such as attending wedding fayres, liaising with the venue and other suppliers and working closely with our couples over extended periods of time during the planning process.

Here at Baked By Alexandra we like to be as inclusive as possible. Although our kitchen does handle dairy, soya, egg, gluten and nut products we do offer dietary options. Although we have processes and procedures in place to avoid cross-contamination we don’t have separate equipment or workspace therefore we cannot guarantee our items will be free from and would be labelled as may contain traces of..

We always recommend our cakes are cut in a grid style rather than a traditional triangle to get the most from your creation. The below is meant as a guide only and we will not be held responsible for a shortage or surplus cake.

6” round: Up to 15 servings

8” round: Up to 28 servings

10” round: Up to 40 servings

There are also additional options available to create extra servings without making your cake bigger such as cupcakes to compliment your cake, cutting cakes and additional sweet treats.
